Hargraves is successfully building on our reputation as a technology leader in the miniature, gas diaphragm pump industry by applying our advanced pump technology to liquid transport pumps.
A liquid pump’s internal fluidic resistance is a driving factor in its performance capabilities. A liquid media has higher fluidic resistance when compared to gas or air due to it being incompressible and its much higher viscosities. Our team designed the LTC Series to achieve optimal performance by incorporating several features as listed below.
- Patent pending Fluid-Blok advanced sealing technology to eliminate leaks.
- Advanced flow path and efficient valve system to maximize flow with low power consumption.
- Monolithic diaphragm designs allow for maximum suction and priming even under dry operation.
These liquid pumps are developing an excellent track record in several medical, scientific instrument applications and harsh industrial applications. Our unique diaphragm design, and our close attention to bearing and motor design details, is providing our customers with substantial cost savings in reduced field service time.
Our long life liquid pump capabilities currently include designs up to 1 liter/min flow, pressure ratings up to 30 psig, and suction ratings to 20 in Hg. Hargraves liquid pumps are capable of flowing media ranging from mild aqueous solutions to chemically aggressive solutions. Our wetted material options include: Teflon®, Viton®, EPDM, perflouroelastomer; and an advanced, strong, chemically inert polymer (LCP).
Challenge us to improve the performance of your new or existing system designs.
